In 2014, the Global Resilience Partnership (GRP) was established to advance resilience. Today, this need is greater than ever. While the magnitude of global challenges has escalated, there are tremendous opportunities for transformation towards sustainable and resilient futures. We remain steadfast in our belief that the only way to tackle these challenges and grasp the opportunities is through partnership.

GRP is currently recruiting for two roles, starting 1 June 2026, both remote and offered on six-month independent contractor agreements with the possibility of renewal. We are looking for a part-time Human Resources Manager who is highly organised and able to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and the development of HR policies and systems. We are also seeking a full-time Operations and Grants Manager who can oversee the grant management cycle, maintain and improve systems and processes.
